I can't tell you how blessed I was to find this clinic.The staff from the front desk to the tech to the Nurse Practitioner were all so kind and took the time to talk and listen..will for sure be telling everyone if they need a dermatologist this place is amazing
This was my first visit with Pinnacle. I was greeted with a smile and was given paperwork to fill out and have done before I seen the Doctor. I finished with the paperwork and did not have to sit but possible 5 min and they were calling my name to go back. They answered all of my questions and explained to me if I didn't not understand something. It was a great first visit and I a scheduled to go back in 2 months for a check up.
I went to visit Terri Webber today and I must say she has a new client ! I didn’t know what to expect as I was sitting on the edge of my seat already wondering what she was going to do or say about my scalp lol . For starters her energy lit the room soon as she walked in, we talked and laughed like I knew her quite sometime . I had so many questions as she answered them all with patience and understanding. I left feeling much better than I did when I arrived . Her assistant and front staff made my experience one to brag about.
