I contacted True price hvac on a Friday night about an AC issue I was having. He arrived Saturday morning and was able to diagnose the problem and repair it in a very timely manner. Highly recommended.
Called true price through a Google search on a Saturday evening 5p. They sent someone out 9:30a the following day on a Sunday and the technician, Daniel couldn’t have been more amazing. He was very knowledgeable and gave us the breakdown and options to pick our path to fixing our AC unit. Main thing you want to feel as a customer is that you are not getting ripped off or believing information that a professional advising you the wrong way. Both were not the case with Daniel and he made us feel comfortable and confident with the choices we were making in selecting our path to fixing our unit. We live in Medinah, 60157, we had no air, air handler did not function, condenser did not function. Placed a call to True Price Inc and they sent a service technician out within a couple of hours. Technician Alex arrived and immediately started to diagnose the problem and found the solution and resolved the issue. Very fair price, and we are back up and running with the AC running cold. Alex explained everything and was very professional. If you have an HVAC issue I highly recommend you give them a call.
