I do really like going to this facility. The only thing I've noticed lately is that daily maintenance has really slacked off. The women's restroom on the second floor could use a thorough scrubbing top to bottom. I don't think the floors or walls have been cleaned in a very long time. The handrails going to the second floor are consistently dirty and sticky. When we mention this, they do get cleaned but it's never on a daily basis. The workout rooms are clean and members in general do wipe down equipment when they use them. (There's always one person who feels they don't need to.) Staff are always helpful and friendly. RecPlex is great, clean, and affordable. Can get busy sometimes, but it’s a great option for the amount of diverse activities they offer. You can get a lift in, swim, or just run inside the track.

I’m rating it a 5 because I love coming here and working out I got attended by a nice lady named Doe she was really nice and really helpful I came in to open a new membership out of my house hold she struggled a bit but she did it however she couldn’t understand one thing which I don’t blame her for called Susan and Susan was really rude about it I’ve been working for customer service and I know when someone doesn’t wanna help you out I just hated how she was rude and didn’t help at all I’m hoping these type of people can be talked too bc I don’t apréciate this kind of manners
