“The arrival time of the locksmith from KeyExpress Locksmiths was swift once chris made it, even though I was informed he'd be at my location in Highland Park within 40 minutes and the cost would be $60. chris touched base to affirm the details and reassured me he'd be there in the promised 40 minutes. However, he got there an hour later, but to my surprise, the charge was only $65 which he clarified was due to digital billing and was beyond his control.“

“This regarding a recent experience with AAA Lock (Glenview - Waukegan Rd), Wed 12/20/2023.I brought a key in to AAA lock, for them to make a duplicate. They made a duplicate key, I brought it home and - it did not work.I brought the key back to the store, told the counter person that the key did not work, and they made another for me. I brought the key home, put it into the lock set and . . . it got stuck - and it would not come out.I called the store and had a phone conversation with them, explaining that the key was stuck in the lock set.Geoff, the owner . . . immediately drove to my home, in it in his service truck - and corrected the problem in about five minutes time.it was a great customer service response to an unfortunate problem.I would recommend AAA Lock to anyone“

“Bottom line - keys were mailed out and delivered and they unlocked the lock. But I had to brush metal shavings off each of the 3 keys that I ordered. Glad I did not insert them into the keyhole right away where they can lodge in the lock. Glad the shavings went to the garbage instead of my newly refinished wood floors where they can scratch the floor or worse yet my baby’s crawling hands and knees.“
