We were extremely happy with our experience with Derrick Services. The company did a complete new kitchen build for us, plus took out an old kitchen. The work was completed in less time than quoted by a very courteous and kind staff. The people who worked on our house were talented, professional, and interested in our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company for a big or small job.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had our basement flood just before Christmas 2022. Within 24 hours Tazewell had their guys out to measure our square footage. In store we were greeted and helped by April, who showed us tons of different options all based on our requests. She did a great job personalizing our experience! We also had a quote from another carpet company that was slightly cheaper and Tazewell went ahead and matched it, no questions asked! As soon as the carpet arrived in their store, they called to get us on the schedule. They arrived on time and got the job done even better than we envisioned in one day. Everyone we encountered was kind, knowledgeable and professional. We are SO HAPPY with their services and were thrilled to keep our business local. We will be back for any future needs. Thank you! :)
We had an archway near our backdoor entrance with falling bricks; and it's the entrance we use 99 percent of the time. We had a home reno done and so there was some brick settling/mortar cracking that needed fixing.I asked 3 contractors for bids. The first was the lowest, Jeff came in 2nd and the 3rd never provided a bid.After comparing process & materials, even though Jeff was $500 more, we went with him. He was also able to get us done sooner rather than later.What should be standard business practice & customer service is now exemplary, in my book.Jeff gave us a fair quote, explained in great detail what he was going to do & how (used a mix of epoxy & mortar bc it was an archway) and promised not to exceed his bid.Well, instead of just doing "the job," he was able to include some tuckpointing work that needed to be done in other areas and did a whole-home analysis (without me asking... excellent!).Great work, great people... they did what they said they'd do, did it well (so well, you couldn't tell anything came apart to begin with). Thank you, Jeff. Superb job by all.
Tim's crew came out to spray foam insulation on my new home build. They even stopped in the driveway to reposition an electrical cord that was in the way. They were friendly to work with and overcame a few challenges to finish the job that day.

Create-A-Scene did an amazing job with my wedding florals and decor. They helped make my vision come to life, and the flowers were better than I could have imagined. Kristy is organized and an expert in all things wedding. She helped make sure each detail was taken care of. The very best part was how easy and stress-free my wedding was due to their help. They delivered all the flowers and set everything up, and they tore down as well. We didn't have to do any of the work, we just showed up to a beautiful space! I couldn't have been happier with Create-A-Scene.

Therapeutic approaches are based in research and rapport with clients is genuine. I would recommend IFTI to anyone of any age.

I have been growing the color out of my hair for the last year. I have been wanting to get the length cut off into a bob. That would get rid of most of the last of the color in my hair. Yesterday I made an appointment and the very sweet Aleese had an opening for the next day (today). Aleese seemed to know exactly how to achieve the look I wanted from the picture I showed her. The lady named April at great clips in Morton Illinois kindly stayed after her busy shift to cut my 10 year old son who is non verbal autistic hair who doesn’t hold still and it was only his second professional hair cut. She gave him sensory toys to hold and did great with him. She then still stayed after to cut my daughters hair too. Thanks for doing a great job in a stressful situation.
Jim Fortman has been cutting my hair since I was 8 years old I'm 75 now Jim will be 86 in August he has never cut it right yet this why I keep going back until he gets it right
Just incredible. After the worst experience at another local barbershop I found this place and I was so lucky. Guy that runs the place is really nice knowledgeable and just overall friendly. The shampoo chairs are a little awkward and I think for older people it will be hard for them to move around. Lots of tripping hazards on the floors. It is decorated cute. Love all the light that comes in the windows.

While Casual Creations is a bit more expensive than chain hair salons, it's well worth the extra expense. I've been to many of the chain salons trying to get a good flattop haircut, but have never been satisfied with the cut I'd gotten. My hair tends to peak at the front center if not cut well. Lori at Casual Creations has been the only hairdresser who has been able to give me a flattop that doesn't peak and that looks great for weeks after the cut.Guys, if you are looking for a great haircut, look no further than Casual Creations.

Fantastic foyer for meet and greets. Receptionist was prompt and courteous. Business owner Mike P gave me his time and attention and was gracious enough to take our meeting a few minutes early rather than have me wait.
I called numerous electricians and no response. I called Grimm Electric one time and Bob was out the next day. I asked for 3 different quotes and he was quick to respond. He set the job up with Ameren to install underground power line. The electrician he sent out (sorry did not get his name) was awesome. He worked constantly only taking a 10 minute break to eat. He did a really nice job. Bob and his team were a blessing!!! If anyone needs electric work done this is the company to go with. Our roof was damaged due to a summer of much hail and a tornado in our town. Sal came and found us at our doorstep. They took care of communication with our insurance and even used a drone to survey our roof on the spot. They completed our roof in one day flat with no nails to be found in the yard. Scott came out to give me an estimate for a landscape project in our backyard. The guys came out in the early spring and did everything as planned plus a bit more. Naturescape did an Aeration on my lawn. While doing it the employee hit one on my baby Aspen trees putting a large gash in the tree. I understand that accidents can happen. But getting to the point why I would recommend this company is because the next day the manager come out and sincerely apologized about the mistake and asked "What would you like us to do to take care of this?" I said it would be best to replace the tree and with no argument he said "Then that is exactly what we will do. He said he didn't want to put a band-aid on the problem and was up front about the issue which I greatly appreciated. I have been doing business with Naturescape going on fifteen years and in those fifteen years there have some been problems but they have always been quick to correct the situation. Lastly they do great work. We are all human and won't always be perfect. I had my first trip to Smalltown Dental yesterday and had an excellent experience ! The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful yesterday and every time I called on the phone. The dental hygienist Shay did a wonderful job with my X-rays and cleaning. She does a thorough job explaining everything and is very professional. Her personality is calm and compassionate which is great for a dental office. The dentist Dr. Braker was also very thorough and he took his time explaining what would be a good plan for my teeth. He treated me with respect which I did not feel when I went to Aspen. I am very happy with my new dental team and I'm glad to be a patient here !(Oh I almost forgot, they even gave me a new patient gift which is really nice!)

Having a doctor who is knowledgeable and confident can definitely make a difference. Dr. Karen in my opinion comes by it naturally. She always asks me if there is anything specific I would like assistance with or if there are any concerns I would like to have addressed. She is there to provide information, support and treatment as needed. I’m grateful she took me on as a client.
Dr. Matt was able to fix an issue for me that I have been bothered with for years. He also was very good at explaining the process, the problem, and what I needed to do to get better. He’s kind and knowledgeable and I’d highly recommend him.

Our sweet lola woke up not feeling well this am, our vet office couldn’t not get her in, called several places and morton animal hospital was the only one and took her in immediately. Dr and staff took the time to talk to us and examine our fur baby, so very friendly and kind. We are now actually switching vets and will be using Morton animal hospital. I highly recommend them.
