Very pleased with our experience. We took a significant amount of water through our sliding door and several windows, it flooded our main floor and went through the subfloor, ultimately leaking through the basement ceiling. This was a catastrophic storm in the Bloomington/Normal area, but BluSky was prompt and efficient through the entire process. I had a call back within 30 minutes of my initial contact with the corporate office and the team was at our house within 4 hours doing mitigation. As a real estate investor, it seems like I am constantly disappointed with all sorts of companies needed to take care of my properties. What a huge surprise to have BluSky working on our basement after a flood. From the first phone calls to the last correspondence, it was amazing. And most importantly the incredible job they did cleaning and sanitizing our basement was something to see!! Do not hesitate calling this company when disaster strikes. You will not be disappointed. The price was right also. If there is a 5 star rating, I would give them an 8!!!
