“Mitigation: This crew did an awesome job getting the wet stuff out, drying the place out and cleaning up after they were done.
Pack Out/In: Rachael was fantastic to work with, letting us pack out some of our tenants belongings to save costs. She was so kind and understanding of our situation, and double checked about the curtains before cleaning them. Pack in went very smooth, our tenants were very happy with the cleaning and the extra things you did, like putting pads on the bottoms of the chairs/sofa since we have LVP flooring.
Repair: Bruce was also wonderful to work with. So kind and understanding, kept us informed as to what steps were next, and was patient as we were 'helping' with the timing of subcontractors like the flooring. When we weren't quite happy with something like the ceiling work, you assured us that there was still more work to be done and you made sure it was done right! Tim is a gem! He went above and beyond, cleaning up paint and doing other little things that really meant a lot - he is one of your shining stars!
Patrick: You were with us all the way through! Thank you for your perseverance in finally getting our contract to meld with the insurance company so we could get things started! That was a long 3 months, but the outcome was well worth the wait. You certainly re-defined for me what the work 'process' means when referring to restoration! :)
The only thing my husband and I werent please with was the painters. There were places that paint was missed that we repainted (didnt know that the painters would come back). The baseboards were not painted well, but they did come back and repaint them. They did miss a trim quarter round piece by the bathroom that I painted after they came back the 2nd time.
