My Mother's A/C unit stopped cooling overnight. I contacted Jimmy in the morning, and 2.5 hours later, he was at her door. He was extremely friendly and repaired the A/C unit and cleaned it. My Mother was extremely happy. And his prices are very affordable! Will definitely use him from now on.

My heat gave out on what turned out to be the coldest morning of the year so far—not exactly ideal timing. I called iTemp in a bit of a panic, and Jimmy arrived within 30 minutes. He quickly figured out the issue, sourced a replacement part (covered under warranty), and had everything up and running in under an hour. The whole experience was impressively fast, the service was excellent, and the price was more than fair. I’d absolutely recommend iTemp!

I recently had an issue with an air conditioning system at a rental property I have in Evanston. One company said the system could not be repaired, and I definitely needed a whole new system at $15K. Jimmy came out the same day I called, and had it back up and working for under $400. While I realize the system is older and should be replaced at some point, I was not in a position to do a new system and was and appreciate Jimmy's integrity and have since used him for some service at my own home, and will continue to refer him to those in need of HVAC work. When I am ready to replace the system at the rental property, he will be getting the call.
