My Mother's A/C unit stopped cooling overnight. I contacted Jimmy in the morning, and 2.5 hours later, he was at her door. He was extremely friendly and repaired the A/C unit and cleaned it. My Mother was extremely happy. And his prices are very affordable! Will definitely use him from now on.
My heat gave out on what turned out to be the coldest morning of the year so far—not exactly ideal timing. I called iTemp in a bit of a panic, and Jimmy arrived within 30 minutes. He quickly figured out the issue, sourced a replacement part (covered under warranty), and had everything up and running in under an hour. The whole experience was impressively fast, the service was excellent, and the price was more than fair.
