Taylor was a delight to work with. All of her explanations were perfectly clear and she was gentle and respectful when I was trying to balance on one leg. I look VERY forward to working with her when I begin PT after my knee surgery.
My first visit for PT was great! The therapist explained my diagnosis with me and explained what work is needed to recover my ankle strength and become pain free once again. I’ve had several surgeries at IBJI, every therapist I’ve had has been gentle with palpitations, explained what the sessions will be like as we go forward and has brought up a visual ankle photo to show me exactly what I’m feeling and where. I will alway go for PT at IBJI, the entire group is fantastic
The therapists with whom I've worked have been wonderful - knowledgeable and compassionate, encouraging me and sometimes pushing me, but never beyond my capabilities. Most of the techs have been equally good. My only quibble is with the system itself - therapists often seem overbooked, leaving a tech in charge of at least half of the allotted time. Overall, PT at IBJI/Morton Grove has been a positive experience. Now, if they could only get the doctors to read their notes . . .
