    Had a spa voucher, and had a good time. The massage was relaxing as well as the steam shower and the facial was nice too. The esthetician made sure to take precautions with my sensitive skin which I appreciated. And my nails came out beautifully too.

    Therapist was good...

    the head rest placement on the table was terrible it keeps falling out / or off so you're straining your head and neck trying to keep it still which defeats the purpose.

    Loved that they have a shower to get whatever oil they use off before leaving, you can get back to your day. Going to check out the other location before choosing where I continue to visit. Thanks

    My partner booked a couples deep tissue massage at Heavenly Massage through Groupon, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. My partner paid almost $300, so we were expecting a relaxing and professional service.

    My massage therapist was Angie. At the beginning of the session I politely asked for an extra pillow for support while laying on my stomach, and she immediately seemed irritated by the request. The pillow she gave me did not have a hole for me to breathe through. From that point on, the massage itself did not feel like a deep tissue massage at all. It mostly felt like lotion being lightly rubbed on my back rather than any real muscle work.

    When I asked if she could apply more pressure, instead of adjusting the technique she repeatedly pressed her elbow into the same area, which became painful rather than helpful. It felt like the same spot was being worked over and over instead of a proper massage.

    Since this was a couples massage, my partner was in the room with me and even he could tell that I was uncomfortable during the session even his massage therapist Emma seen I was uncomfortable and she tried to lighten the mood. I still tried to be a good sport and finish the massage because he had spent so much money on the experience and I didn’t want to ruin the moment.

    Afterward I shared my concerns with the manager. I was told that Angie has “never received a complaint before,” which made my feedback feel dismissed. I was also offered a coupon, which I declined because I wasn’t looking for a discount or a free service. My partner however decided to take the coupon. I will not be going back and will not recommend this location and for that I simply wanted to share my experience as a customer.

    Overall, the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unheard. For the price paid and the reputation the place seemed to have, this experience did not meet expectations.

    I had a disappointing experience at Heavenly Massage.

    I purchased a promotion through Spa Week via T-Mobile (Buy $50, Get $50 Free). After purchasing, I received a receipt confirming my $50 payment and a separate voucher for the $50 bonus. When I scheduled my appointment, I clearly stated that I had a Spa Week gift card, and at no point was I informed that two voucher codes would be required.

    When I arrived for my appointment, I was told they needed two voucher codes. I only had one voucher available and was instructed to contact Spa Week immediately to obtain another code — despite it being the weekend when customer service is closed.

    I had arranged childcare and set aside time specifically for this appointment, so I ultimately left without receiving my massage.

    I would encourage the spa to clearly communicate redemption requirements at the time of booking to prevent similar situations for future clients.

    This is a great establishment. Always a warm welcome from reception upon arrival. Scheduling an appointment over the phone is also a breeze. I have been getting deep tissue massages from Angie for almost 3 years, but finally am getting around to giving her a review. Don’t everyone make her schedule so full she can’t fit me in.
    Best deep tissue masseuse I have ever had. I work construction and have a lot of back problems. I don’t even need to inform her where the pain and knots are. She will find and eliminate them. Can’t say enough about her.

    Hello for the last couple of years I have been coming on occasion to this establishment, the receptionists are very friendly. Also Becky the massage therapist is very kind hearted and also has great techniques when massaging.
