Dr. Park Sam, DDS - Morton Grove

We took our 3 year old here and were blown away from the second we walked in! They had his name drawn on the window welcoming him as a new patient. When we went in, they let him pick a dvd to watch. The hygienist was so patient and pleasant as she explained everything to our son. Then the doctor came in and was equally pleasant and helpful. Would recommend to anyone who wants their child to have a good dentist experience!

Dr. Allison is not compassionate...She did a filling for my daughter, didn't use any Novocain for the filling...my daughter was visibly UNCOMFORTABLE. Dr. Allison did not stop drilling to ask how my daughter was doing she just continued drilling away!!! It was traumatizing for both me and my daughter. Dr. Allison's behavior is grotesque...she should NOT be working with children or in the medical field. She has a really bad attitude, has extremely hostile energy... I brought my daughter to a few other dentists for 2nd...3rd opinions they disagreed with the treatment plan she gave us. Stay away from this place.

This place has definitely found the winning formula for handling kids. My kids look forward to going to the dentist every 6mo here. They let the kids pick out a show or movie to watch. There is a TV on the ceiling for them to watch and at the end they are given quarters to use in some old school vending machines to get prizes. The only downside which is a result of their success is they are very difficult to schedule with. They seem to have too many patients. So if you need to schedule an appointment for your kids make sure you do it months in advance.
