Dr. Sun Ae Ma is quite experienced and very professional and knowledgeable. We have been seeing her last 30-35 years almost. We have our eye test almost every year with her . She has perfection in testing eyes in detail. We were very happy with her proscriptions and quality of care.
We were very fortunate to have her as eye doctor. She is a contributor to our community.

Been going here for 10 years now, however, noticing more issues in the past 3 years where I contemplate on finding a new location.
No issues with Dr. Ma but with the front desk staff.
1. They messed up an order one year and gave me 3 month contact supply instead of six month. Totally acceptable as human errors happen.
2. Following year, they told me eta for contacts is 5 business days. It was off and didn’t come until 7 business days. Once again acceptable since delays happen.
3. Following year, they told me the same eta and now contacts aren’t even here within ten business days.
