Fischer Tree & Stump Removal skillfully trimmed a very large tree in our front yard and a large magnolia tree that was growing over our roof. They both look beautiful. We really appreciated the cleanup job, too. Highly recommend.
I had my prescription and shopped around for glasses at quite a few places. This vision center is THE BEST! Everyone, including the doctor were so helpful and friendly. I looked for an hour and couldn’t find anything quite right. One of the gals pulled out a couple suggestions, and found the perfect glasses for me! They like and joy their job, and it shows. Excellent customer service, I am so very thankful for them. Also, it is so clean and organized and the selection they have is excellent. And they came in faster than expected.
We used Rapp Construction to add an outside door in our guest room. Their staff was very professional from start to finish. We are very pleased with the results and will be using Rapp Construction for any future projects we wish to have done.
The staff was great and very accessible. The installers did a great job and had many helpful suggestions. Kudos to Dave and Eric of Canton. They have a wide selection of flooring in every price range and style. Overall great experience.
We had an archway near our backdoor entrance with falling bricks; and it's the entrance we use 99 percent of the time. We had a home reno done and so there was some brick settling/mortar cracking that needed fixing.I asked 3 contractors for bids. The first was the lowest, Jeff came in 2nd and the 3rd never provided a bid.After comparing process & materials, even though Jeff was $500 more, we went with him. He was also able to get us done sooner rather than later.What should be standard business practice & customer service is now exemplary, in my book.Jeff gave us a fair quote, explained in great detail what he was going to do & how (used a mix of epoxy & mortar bc it was an archway) and promised not to exceed his bid.Well, instead of just doing "the job," he was able to include some tuckpointing work that needed to be done in other areas and did a whole-home analysis (without me asking... excellent!).Great work, great people... they did what they said they'd do, did it well (so well, you couldn't tell anything came apart to begin with). Thank you, Jeff. Superb job by all.
Our home was holding a ton of heat on the upper level in the summer, we learned so much from having Tim over to evaluate our insulation and make a plan to help improve our comfort! Working together with another top notch company (way to go Bratcher) we proceed with new insulation in the attic air sealing and basement rim joist air sealing we are finally comfortable! We cannot thank Tim and his crew enough for being so thorough, working respectfully in our home and picking up after themselves leaving no trace in our home! We cannot recommend this team enough! Thanks for giving our home the proper seal so we can enjoy our summers with comfort!

I visited this salon based on reviews online. They put me with Courtney and she did a great job! First of all, this salon is very attractive and I felt comfortable there immediately. My hair had not had anything done for awhile as I have been deciding on where to go. Courtney put in highlights and cut off damage and added layers. She was very knowledgeable, professional and personable! I love my hair and the whole experience was great!

Sarah was great and accommodating to my mother, who has Parkinsons and has trouble sitting up straight, and needed a cut that was easier to manage for her thick, curly hair that constantly falls in her face. My mom was afraid of getting her hair cut too short, but she ended up with a cute bob with face framing layers that she was happy with! Thank you Sara!
Brea was amazing! i came in with virgin hair asking for light chocolatey brown and left with the most beautiful golden pieces! she was very sweet and did an amazing and quick job. my hair was $115 without tip and was very worth it! i got a full highlight.

I was able to make a quick appointment over text message as I was visiting from out of state this service was helpful. The inside of the shop is absolutely adorable. Note, they do not offer regular polish- Gel only. their style up to a manicure and pedicure is very unusual to me, but I believe it is more the correct way of how nail service should be done. My nail technician Veronica was an absolute doll. She’s so kind and even though I could not get an appointment for a pedicure since I booked last minute, she offered to do a color change, which was greatly appreciated! I’ll be back next time I’m visiting.

While Casual Creations is a bit more expensive than chain hair salons, it's well worth the extra expense. I've been to many of the chain salons trying to get a good flattop haircut, but have never been satisfied with the cut I'd gotten. My hair tends to peak at the front center if not cut well. Lori at Casual Creations has been the only hairdresser who has been able to give me a flattop that doesn't peak and that looks great for weeks after the cut.Guys, if you are looking for a great haircut, look no further than Casual Creations.

I just stopped to pay my bill. They updated my farm, home and generator wiring.
I called numerous electricians and no response. I called Grimm Electric one time and Bob was out the next day. I asked for 3 different quotes and he was quick to respond. He set the job up with Ameren to install underground power line. The electrician he sent out (sorry did not get his name) was awesome. He worked constantly only taking a 10 minute break to eat. He did a really nice job. Bob and his team were a blessing!!! If anyone needs electric work done this is the company to go with. Kaiser Electrical wired our entire home while it was being built which included 400 amp residential service (320 amps), and prewiring for a Generac generator. We had Kaiser install the Generac generator a few years later. Kaiser also wired an outbuilding several years later with 200 amp service. Kaiser is always professional, courteous, neat, and punctual. Kaiser can be trusted to do a great job whether it's a whole house wiring or adding an outlet, light fixture, or ceiling fan.

I found the quartz I wanted for our kitchen countertops at central Illinois granite, but the service I received from Leslie was truly EXTRAORDINARY! We ordered the slabs right before she left the country for a long overdue vacation. I emailed questions while she was away and she always replied quickly.
Countertops are one of the last major milestones in a kitchen remodel and it is typical to wait days to weeks for the measurement expert to fit you in and then it is usually 2 to 3 weeks for cutting and installation. I informed Leslie of my timetable when I placed the order and she put me on their schedule. Once our base cabinets were set, I called to arrange for countertop measurements. They came the next day! They started cutting my countertops the same day and installed them 1 week later! That is INCREDIBLY FAST!
In addition, as they were preparing to cut the hole for my kitchen sink, they discovered that the sink my cabinet designer had selected wasn’t going to fit in the base cabinet my cabinet specialist had designed! There was not enough room front to back to accommodate the faucet and the tip out tray on the front of the cabinet. Leslie called me right away and suggested we find a smaller sink. To her credit, my cabinet designer scrambled and found a smaller sink that would fit and delivered it to Leslie’s workshop the next day. If Leslie’s expert crew had not noticed the problem I might have had to pay for a countertop I couldn’t use!

I was in need and these guys stepped up. My husband had a heart attack and after we got released from the hospital, I knew people would be coming by. I called around to find someone that could come and take care of our lawn ASAP. Mr. Staley took care of us. It was not even a a thought. He took my call of need and said “we’ll have a team there”. They came and did a fabulous job. Our yard had been neglected for the last two weeks. He told me there was no payment, just to pass the act of kindness on. You don’t see that very much anymore. I am blessed to have called them. I am a strong Catholic girl and I believe I was led to call their number. I encourage everyone to use them!!! My daughter recently had a frenectomy done at Smalltown Dental. It was a very quick and easy process! I was very nervous for my daughter to have this done as she is only a year old, but they took great care of her! They even messaged me the day after her procedure asking how she was. Great staff! I had my second adjustment this morning, and I already feel relief. Care team here are all so wonderful.
My 10 month old baby has been seeing Dr. Matt since she was about 10 weeks old. She had suddenly become super fussy, struggled to go to sleep at night, and just seemed generally uncomfortable. After she started getting her adjustments, she just seemed so much more relaxed. She began sleeping through the night again, started smiling and giggling more, and just overall became such a happy baby and I truly believe it’s due to Dr. Matt. He is super patient and explains exactly what he is doing, making me as her parent feel comfortable as well. I was nervous to take my tiny baby girl to a chiropractor, but he has been incredibly gentle and she has never acted like she is in pain or uncomfortable during an adjustment. The facility is clean and taken care of and his office staff is incredible!! The front desk receptionist is always there to open the door for us and greet us with a smile. 10/10!! We couldn’t be happier with our experience.

Julie is so good at connecting the dots. If you’re aching in part x, she can trace it over to part y and explain it while healing it. She is so knowledgeable with an amazing touch, whether you enjoy a deep tissue massage or Swedish. I particularly appreciate her myofascial work and find that time goes by all too quickly. Julie is the best there is.
