Sorry. I’m internet illiterate and don’t know how to change the name of poster. Lol. I’m Deb. Im so thankful that I found Dr. Janelle Smith for my primary care physician. After losing my previous doctor (not my choice), I had to scramble to find someone else. And I found a great one! Dr. Smith listens-never rushing me-and always tries her best to find a solution for my needs and concerns. I appreciate her patience and knowledge.
Dr. Smith takes the time to listen and cares about making you feel better and more like yourself. I came from a provider I was feeling dismissed from. I had a lot of things going on and Dr. Smith was willing to tackle it all and get things figured out. She is always patient and is truly empathetic to her patients. Her and her staff have been wonderful as I try and tackle new health concerns.
Dr. Smith is a breath of fresh air. I have a complicated case and she went above and beyond to help me understand my symptoms. She documents well, which is important to me. During my visit, she told me things I had never thought about or been told before. She is an extremely intellectual doctor and I am thankful I found her.
