Scott was absolutely amazing! The use of an online portal dashboard was so helpful, I have gone back to my inspection report numerous times, and also made it easy to share with my lawyer, lender, realtor, and anyone else that wished to see it. It was also so easy to pay online, making it so much more convenient. He was also extremely thorough and professional. I'll be able to refer back to this report even after we close on our new home to perform the maintenance necessary to fix issues found in the inspection. I have already recommended him to others :)
Scott is EXCELLENT. He is thorough and don't miss a spot! He even answered some questions for me to help me better negotiate with my sellers for things I wanted them to repair... Absolutely amazing and highly recommended!
