“We had our roof replaced the summer before last due to age and the occasional leak. The team came out and did a solid job on a steep roof. We ended up with quite a few nails and shingle bits and a damaged grill, but figured these sorts of things are unavoidable. The staff was always courteous and kind throughout.We had an issue with the original vent ridge installation in the replacement roof. The ridge is wider than standard. The installation ultimately showed significant wave and quickly exposed nails. I discussed with Angel, the owner, and he promptly took a look at it himself and then sent a crew over to replace the whole thing over a holiday week, free of any additional charges.Thanks Angel for the great and professional service.“

“Soots N Ladders performed a free inspection of my chimney, they were much more thorough than other businesses that performed inspections for me and provided a competitive quote. Frank was knowledgeable, respectful, and suggested services based on priority. I was impressed with their work on the exterior, but not the firebox.They rebuilt nearly 10 courses of bricks, built a new concrete crown, and installed 2 new caps within 3 days of work. They did their best to match the original 70-year old brick. They also came back later to weatherproof the chimney. They did not leave a mess in my yard either time.My only quarrel is that their work in the firebox was not as good as the exterior work. As my pictures show, the lintel sealant likely won't prove to be sufficient and the sealant used on the brick, along as where it dripped, are an eyesore.“

“Certaseal did a great job fixing my roof, deck and siding when we had extensive hail damage. They were very professional throughout the whole process, working with my insurance company and the adjuster to make sure all the damage was covered. The new roof is great, and they had a team power wash and repaint the deck. The hardest part was replacing the damaged siding because the style if siding on our house is no longer manufactured. But they were able to come up with a very close match, and then used the new siding on one side of the house so it wouldn't be noticeable. They removed some of the original siding from that side to fix other spots in the front so the color and design would match. I would definitely use them again!“

He took his time with the inspection and pointed out multiple areas of damage not only to our roof, but to the siding and gutters as well.
