We reached out to inquire about getting our floor in our family room redone and the stairs going into the family room replaced/repaired and Dale was our contact. Dale was very professional, patient and extremely helpful. I cannot leave his team out they work fast and was very professional as well. My contractor hired Fortress to replace the hardwood floor for my kitchen remodel. They did such a great job that I had them come back to refinish the rest of the floors in my nearly 100 year old house. Great job all around.
