Needed to have an existing carpet re-stretched and re-laid. Michelle coordinated the job for us, and it was carried out as perfectly as they had done the original installation several years ago.
The basement floor that Creative put in for me, couldn’t have turned out better extremely polite, installers, very professional, Mark, and everybody over at Creative Carpets are the best highly recommend
John helped us choose the right carpet (brand and color), installation was fast (5hrs for 3 bedrooms and hallway), but some floor trim was scraped during installation, so be ready to touch up afterwards
