I had a great experience with this business! The lovely lady I spoke to while dropping off and picking up my item was very kind. The bad reviews on this page do not reflect the service that I got at all. I was weary because of them, but had no problems! I will be back again when I need special cleaning done:)
I have had numerous dress shirts altered, pants, and shorts. Always done right and always fast. Dry cleaning has always been fantastic. I highly recommend Minooka cleaners for your alteration and dry cleaning needs. Always straight forward and honest. I have never had a bad experience.
They have always been very accommodating over the years, customizing a shirt to fit my youngest son, modifying straps on a backpack on the spot, clothes are always clean and wrinkle free. They are very friendly and nice to deal with.
