Now, Even though I came In with Multiple Suits, Blazers & Slacks. Some With Stains From Storage. They Didn't Guarantee That They Could Get All Of The Stains Out But, That They Will Do Their Best. That They Are Pretty Good At Achieving Their Goals. Listen, Listen, Listen,,, Not Only Was My Suits Ready Within A Few Days, Not Only Did I Feel That They Were Going To Do The Produce The Best Results, Which Is Why I PAID In Advance. Upon Inspection Of My Items, Ever Stain Was Removed. My Suits Were Professionally Dry Cleaned, With NO DAMAGED TO THE MATERIALS OF MY SUITS. TO ACHIEVE THERE GOAL. THEY ARE WORTH THE ASKING PRICE FOR THERE SERVICES. I RECOMMEND PATRONIZING THEIR SERVICE & TELLING YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS & FRIENDS ALSO. NEXT, I'M GOING TO TRY THEM ON MY COLLECTION OF SILK TIE. He was kind of desperate to get it done as he was stopping here in Joliet for only 2 days as he travelled across the country to his next billet/ base. Brite Tailor agreed to do the job for him and very politely gave him a military discount— even though they don’t normally give that discount! “I disagree with some of the previous comments posted so felt a need to provide my personal review and experience. There’s always going to be negative reviews like the couple on here, but there are many positive reviews my family, friends and I have to share. Evergreen Cleaners is a small mom and pop small busienss, so you’re not going to get big box corp feel. So just keep that in mind. Prices are on the higher side but it’s more quality than a CD One in my opinion. I too went to CD One to save money and ended up with shrunken clothes and pilled and stretched out sweaters. Then went back to Evergreen. The Evergreen owners are kind and always accommodating. They put attention to detail in all our clothes especially with alterations, which has saved me and my family in many occasions (wedding and dance recital alterations, urgent stuffed animal/lovey tears, custom tailoring, etc.). They moved from their previous location next to Marianos to this location a few years ago, and we decided to follow them (despite all the different options closer to us) bc we can’t imagine going anywhere else! Give them a try.“
