Called for a leak in my central air unit and unbelievably they came out within 2 hours. Pat was the technician and he thoroughly went over all parts and settings and explained in detail how things work and what the problem was. He was the nicest dude too. Very reasonably priced for the time he spent here. They will get a call from us next time we need something.
Omgoodness, my tech, I believe Maria, I just started PT and am afraid I might have messed up the name…dark hair with a nice smile, called to let me know arriving in 1/2 hour, put on shoe covers, asked if I had concerns, then went about her work. Checked outside, came in after 49 min or so, gave me update, did find something that could safe me money by fixing down the road. Personal, knowledgeable, took time to see if I had questions. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you for sending her and training your staff so well.
