“Jessica Soliz is amazing at what she does and truly cares about her patients’ well-being and overall health. She is the first doctor who has genuinely listened to me and addressed my concerns, and I truly appreciate the care and attention she provides.

My only suggestion would be regarding the experience when calling the office. Every time I have called to make an appointment or ask about results, Nicole and another staff member have come across as rude and often cut me off mid-sentence without letting me fully explain what I need help with. I understand the office may be busy, but phone interactions should not feel rushed. A friendlier and more patient approach would greatly improve the overall customer experience, as patient satisfaction should always be a top priority in my opinion.“
