“We have two kids and have utilized the walk in kids clinic several times with both. We have never had to wait more than maybe 15 mins, staff is amazing, and all in all would recommend 10/10!”
Milan Medical Group
“Jessica Soliz is amazing at what she does and truly cares about her patients’ well-being and overall health. She is the first doctor who has genuinely listened to me and addressed my concerns, and I truly appreciate the care and attention she provides.
My only suggestion would be regarding the experience when calling the office. Every time I have called to make an appointment or ask about results, Nicole and another staff member have come across as rude and often cut me off mid-sentence without letting me fully explain what I need help with. I understand the office may be busy, but phone interactions should not feel rushed. A friendlier and more patient approach would greatly improve the overall customer experience, as patient satisfaction should always be a top priority in my opinion.”
