“I tried to roll the dice on a Friday and walk in without an appointment. They were booked for a wedding party and didn’t have any appointments. I was a little bummed, but the way the employee (I assume the owner) handled it really impressed me. She apologized and even tried to squeeze me in the next day. I thought she was really professional and it made the situation a lot better. I will definitely try to go back another time as the place was clean, parking was good, and customer service was amazing.“

Tony & Isaac did a great job, not only on their cuts, but also talking to & connecting with them.That day was my oldest son's Backpack Night, & while we were looking around his new classroom & going over some of the things planned for the year, one thing caught his attention. He shows me & excitedly says, "what?! I'm going to have to tell Tony about that next time!"
