“I tried to roll the dice on a Friday and walk in without an appointment. They were booked for a wedding party and didn’t have any appointments. I was a little bummed, but the way the employee (I assume the owner) handled it really impressed me. She apologized and even tried to squeeze me in the next day. I thought she was really professional and it made the situation a lot better. I will definitely try to go back another time as the place was clean, parking was good, and customer service was amazing.“
