“I had my first appointment there today after being away for 4 years. I cannot express how impressed I was with the facility. The facility is extremely clean, organized and the staff was incredibly friendly. There was absolutely no waiting and my entire visit was handled professionally. I was with both Dr.Fochesatta and Practice Clinician Kristine Asuncion who were both very thorough and caring. I would not hesitate in recommending them to go to for your health needs. Other medical facilities should be run like this one.“

9830 Ridgeland Ave Suite 9A, Chicago Ridge“I called Dr Nancy early one morning before her office was even open. She answered and scheduled me and my 3 sick kids virtual telehealth appointments. The entire process was easy.
Her office texted links to a virtual medical suite. The exam was quick and efficient and she quickly called in antibiotics for all of us and we were able to start feeling better by the next day. I followed up with her this evening about a new issue I am having and at 8pm she quickly got on the line to a busy pharmacy and called in a new Rx for me. I cannot get over how dedicated and amazing of a Doctor she is!!! Highly highly highly recommend.“

“Today my yearly appt was as good as it gets. Bloodwork was fast, as usual, and I was called for my appt within 10 minutes. The lab had an extra vial of what I needed for my injection and everything I needed was taken care of in a very timely manner. Past appointments took several hours with lots of wait time. Whatever Alpha Med is doing to get things back on track and keep things moving worked today. Very pleased and told the doctor how pleased I was. He said they are working to improve wait times.“
“A friend suggested that I call this facility to discuss their heart scan service as a preventative measure for my mom. We have a history of heart related illnesses on my mom's side of the family and I was intrigued to learn that there are tests available to determine if there is significant reason to be alarmed over blockages that may be forming. I was luck y enough to stumble across an awesome new patient offer so I called to make an appointment. These people are SO NICE! I am a stickler for first impressions and often a tough critic. The reception I received was top notch. They seem organized, professional and understanding. Although we have not yet had the appointment, I am definitely impressed by the front end education they gave me over the phone.“
