“I was dreading taking my daughter to the immediate/urgent care as it is usually a long wait. However, this was not the case. My experience was quick and easy starting at reception. The young lady at the reception/intake desk was personable, professional and efficient. We were called to the back before I was done talking to the young lady at the reception desk. The nurse and doctor were pleasant and attentive once we got to the back. They both asked a lot of questions to determine a diagnosis. They were quick and we were only there approximately 45 mins total. I will go back.“

“Dr. Janae Ware and her team are patient, respectful, friendly and professional. They're dressed neatly and clean. They pay close attention to whatever needs I voice. They make me feel comfortable as they try to understand my needs to help them try to rectify and satisfy my voiced complaints, without making me feel like I don't know what I'm talking about, or just complaining just to be complaining. I truly appreciate them because although they have a massive patient load, they don't seem to mind going above and beyond their call duty. For this I am truly grateful.“

“I had my first appointment there today after being away for 4 years. I cannot express how impressed I was with the facility. The facility is extremely clean, organized and the staff was incredibly friendly. There was absolutely no waiting and my entire visit was handled professionally. I was with both Dr.Fochesatta and Practice Clinician Kristine Asuncion who were both very thorough and caring. I would not hesitate in recommending them to go to for your health needs. Other medical facilities should be run like this one.“
