I recently set up an appointment for 11:30 in the morning, but somehow completely forgot what time the appointment was for (single parent life, am I right). Even after sending the confirmation text that my appointment was for *11:30* in the morning, I planned my whole day around being there at 2:00 in the afternoon. It was only after the assistant/receptionist couldn’t find my appointment that I looked back at the confirmation and realized my mistake. No worries, he said, and he got me seated and started right away. Both he and the doctor were so incredibly gracious and understanding, getting me taken care of and not forcing me to juggle future days to be able to be seen. I’m just so grateful for this
