Today 12/27/23, during my (9am appointment) I asked the assistant if they would numb me before the procedure and she said something like "they don't usually do that for this type of procedure.As she tried to remove the temp crown (on the left), I let her know that it was painful she then tried the right side which was equally painful. But she continued trying.I said to stop, turned my head to the left but she continued trying to remove it. I then grabbed her right wrist and pushed it away.She then said don't grab my arm. I told her I was in pain, and that she had continued trying to remove the temp.She didn't stop until her hand was removed.My intention was to get...read full review

Couldn't resist to share my 1st appt to my new smile. Dr Victor is great! Understood my concerns and lead his procedure with my concerns as priority. Felt very comfortable and I was completely overwhelmed with satisfaction. This entire team has been amazing, glad I chose Aspen. Plus it's 5 min from my home ?

The staff was very welcoming and thorough. They made sure my appointment started on time and answered whatever questions I had. They have the best assistant.I wish I could remember her name :/ She was super patient with me , so again thank you!!!
