straightforward, they just offered what they had and told me about some picks and other essentials for beginners. the used one i bought was kinda creaky, but definitely worth the price
Stopped in for a cable, left with a new go to music store 5 minutes from my house.
Ken was super friendly and super helpful and I could hear somebody getting drum lessons in a back room. Reminded me of the music store I went to growing up.
They are professional, very helpful, knowledgeable, quick and pleasant to work with. We needed a string repaired on a guitar and they did it for very cheap and in a quick time frame. They also helped us and gave us pointers on some things we asked about. We would highly recommend going to this small business in McHenry. You can tell they really take pride in their work and love what they do.
