We had a really great experience with this company and I felt it was worth sharing, especially after everything that happened.

Our alternator had actually been in service since 1999, which honestly says a lot about the quality right there. It held up for decades without any major issues. Unfortunately, something (we’re pretty sure a critter) got into the unit and caused damage that finally took it out. We weren’t even sure at first what had happened, just that it suddenly stopped working.

Sometimes the lead times are longer as I believe they come from out of the US, but I've had a good run with them. I had a few units recently that needed a replacement and they were able to modify a unit for me that works for my customers needs.

After checking with the BBB, I went ahead and ordered a PTO generator from the same vendor as Kyle K. Once the purchase had been posted to my credit card things went awry. After a number of e-mails and evasive answers, I finally got the PTO generator, and it was not as ordered; there was no power panel. I went directly to Mecc Alte USA/Canada customer support with my problem. Mr. Jon Schmidt quickly responded. Once I laid out the issues he went above and beyond anything I could have expected to make things right. I'm 72 years old and I can honestly say I have never had such superior customer service and support over these years. I would highly recommend Mecc Alte USA/Canada to anyone.
