My super senior cat was sick and the vet was very good at helping me figure out the best course of treatment for her. When we realized that her medicine wasn't going to work, and it was time for kitty to cross the rainbow bridge, the staff were professional, caring, and supportive. Always nice and helpful. My first dog had severe anxiety, they treated him so good so he would feel better. When he passed, got a sympathy card. Second, no anxiety and is fine going to the back for his shots.
