I was sitting in the waiting room hearing constant ringing of phones; I realized. No one is answering the phones! I worked in customer service my whole career & have never seen such a lack of common courtesy towards their patients. Their patients should go elsewhere. Or else fix the problem here!

Dr. Richards is very thorough and her straightforward analysis is refreshing. I feel confident in her judgment and her I appreciate that she considers a patients eye care in the context of their overall health. A very caring doctor that I trust.

We were recommended to Dr. Richards by my daughter's pediatrician. Everyone in the office is very nice and took their time with her. My daughter (4 yrs old)had a great experience!! It was her first time ever getting her eyes checked so she was a little nervous. I had an appointment the following week and was also very happy. We will be back!
