Sean came out today and did a great job in making sure my HVAC was ready for summer. Service included the outside units which were pretty dirty. He was very respectful of my home, inside and out. Another check up visit from Jett’s that makes me happy I got a 5 year maintenance plan with them!

From the moment I called and I felt well cared for speaking to Hannah. She is a very pleasant bubbly person. Then our service tech. Darryl was right on top of everything and checked it all out. After he left, Hannah called us back to make a follow up appointment. Great customer service

Sean came out for a free inspection of our AC unit after we were quoted an incredibly large repair from another provider. He was professional, explained what HE saw, and saved us an incredible amount of money. We have a new(er) finished basement, and he took the time to explain the importance of the air flow in the space and made recommended changes to our furnace filter type to prolong the life our our system. I would highly recommend Jett’s to anyone looking to service their existing system.
