We have been using Jett’s For the past few years for our annual furnace cleaning. We had them come out end of August and this time we received a “Surprise, You need a whole new furnace!”. Scheduling was super easy, Hannah at the office was a delight to work with! The three gentleman that came out to do the work were kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Our furnace is in our dirt crawl, so I would imagine it wasn’t an easy job, But they did not grumble about it at all, even told me they have seen worse! We highly recommend Jett’s heating and cooling for any of your heating and cooling needs, and they have gained customers for life with us!

Great experience working with the whole Jett’s team. Due to overall construction, my AC upgrade required multiple visits. Jett’s was flexible and made their part of the project go smoothly. Hannah in the office was extremely friendly and on top of everything from getting contracts out, scheduling, invoicing and follow up calls. She was even able to bump things up when concrete was ahead of schedule. Paul and Dennis handled old equipment removal and returned for installation and did outstanding work. Being in the trades myself, I’m very particular with who and how work gets done in my house. When I got home, I of course went to inspect everything. I can spot bad... read full review
