This is by far the worst place to have any kind of work done! We dropped my daughter’s petticoat off to be pressed. First they tell us it will be ready 2 weeks after we dropped it off. We go back there to drop off my husband’s suit to get cleaned and the petticoat is not ready and we gave them a couple extra days. My daughter had her fitting scheduled and she needed the petticoat for the final fitting. We had to cancel our appt because we didn’t have everything that was needed due to this cleaner! Then they tell us it will be ready by the following Thursday. Nope! That never happened! My daughter had an appt again for her final fitting and we had to cancel again....read full review

My daughter and I took a formal dress for her brothers wedding to be hemmed up. The day of the wedding, my daughter called the cleaners to let them know she was on her way to pick up the dress that we had left 2 1/2 weeks prior. She got a really bad feeling when she heard the lady gasp at the other end of the line. At home She put the dress on and to her horror, the three layers of fabric were all different lengths by as much as 2 inches on one fabric and all the way around. That she ruined my daughters day as the sister of the groom and playing the entrance, music, is putting it lightly!!!. She had to resort to a red dress for the wedding!! She altered 3 of my wife's pants, the price was pretty standard. But after getting home I realized there was a black mark on all 3 pants. I washed them but they were already stained. Frustrating that I spent all that time and money just to get them back stained.
