Jacob and Cade were absolutely top-notch—professional, courteous, prompt, and incredibly efficient. They took the time to explain things clearly, worked with great attention to detail, and were so respectful of my home. Outstanding experience getting a furnace and AC install completed. Ed explained the process to us in full and left plenty of space for questions. The installers, Cade and Jacob, were excellent and worked continuously throughout the day to get the job done. Nowadays, it’s rare to see this kind of work ethic in any trade. They arrived at the expected time and were polite and diligent in their work. Both of them were very detailed and made sure to explain the new system thoroughly. I look forward to doing business with American Comfort Central again.

I have been a customer with American Comfort for over 15 years. Over the years they have replace both my AC units and Furnaces. When we finished our lower level, I called them to installed all the duck work. Anytime I need service they are there quickly and on time. Ken and his staff do a great job. From Vanessa in the front office, Ed in sales. The service techs are outstanding Ray, Dan, Randy to name a few. They are all true professionals.
