The owner is rude and likes to rush you and I over talk you nami is very nice but work is ok if she was rushing and you can tell when they're talking mess about you 😑 pedicure and mani and I was there from 6:45pm to 9pm
I’ve been going for years with my daughter. Every time I’ve had an excellent experience. The ladies se nice and respectful. I always get a medium long coffin shape and it’s always executed perfectly. The price is average to what I would pay at other places. Recently they’ve been using new products that make the nails easy to pop off so the long time relationship may be coming to an end
I am not happy about the service I received at this establishment. I am visiting Matteson this weekend, so this is my first time at US Nails. I asked for a manicure. I had gel polish on my natural nails. The nail tech proceeded to use the electric apparatus to file the polish off. I asked him if he could soak the polish off at least 3 times. Each time he said yes and kept using the machine. One of the naill techs translated what I said to him. My nails are thin and brittle. I showed him whet he did to 4 of my nails by bending them in fron of him. A different tech translated this to him. He apologized. He then took a file and filed the nails on my right hand so close....read full review
