Dr.Ashley, Ms. Kimberly, and the receptionist (forgive me I didn't grab her name but it started with a L) we're absolutely amazing. They showed so much care and were all so kind. I would highly recommend anyone going to this one in Matteson because of their level of care.
This was the first time that I came to Midwest Express clinic. I did know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Staff was was nice and courteous and Samantha Hyche diagnosed my problem.
This visit was incredible. The lady at the front desk was really nice and kind. She was talkative and clearly a people person (which was an absolute bonus). Furthermore, the phlebotomist who did my blood work did a phenomenal job. She has me in and out no more than 5 minutes. Lastly, I love the fact that she even talked to me for a bit while taking my blood because I didn’t even feel the needle go in at all.
