Computer Solutions & Services
“EXCELLENT Skills, Service and Timeliness. I'm a Dj and my laptop was performing horribly during my set!! Other technicians were unsuccesful at diagnosing the problem an insisted it was a virus. Marlon answered my called first ring, offered a same day appointment and patiently researched, troubleshooted and fixed the problem on the spot in less than an hour. I HIGHLY recommend for HONEST, FAIR & ACCURATE Computer repair solutions. To date my laptop is performing very well.”
RWK IT Services
“RWK IT approached us to offer their IT services at a time when my department was already working with another IT provider who had consistently fallen short of their promises. Because of that experience, I had little to no interest in hearing what RWK IT had to offer.
Nick Golias of RWK IT took no offense to my skepticism and fully understood why my confidence in IT vendors was low. Despite my clear hesitation, admittedly harsh, borderline abusive, feedback, Nick remained patient, professional, and consistent without being annoying. His approach and persistence ultimately changed my perspective on giving RWK IT a chance.
Thank you, Mr. Golias, for not giving up. We are now actively working toward an agreement for IT services with RWK IT.”
