“I just had my first massage by Jay and he is a magician a true professional and an outstanding therapist! I had a deep tissue which I've never had before and though it was intense it was much needed and therapeutic and I recommend it to everyone that is suffering any type of pain. I will continue to see him to get the kinks out but even after that I will continue to see him for a normal massage. He is by far the most outstanding therapist I've ever been to! I highly recommend him!!“

The classes have been a positive level of challenging and I enjoy the studio's "vibe." They have heated and non heated classes, vinyasa, Hatha, and even some strength.
