Very unprofesional, my supervisor had be demoted and I kept writing him emails with no responce. I finally called in to find out I had a new supervisor that never emailed me so I had a way to contact her or even call. I had 3 days that I might of messed up on clocking in but wanted paid for it. The first supervisor told me what to do and I did. The first one they never paid or contacted me to explain how it worked. The last 2 I called in and found out the correct way that I was never informed of. Do not work for them, they said their training use to be over 2 days and they had me do it in 6 hours.

Lady told my mom that she has never helped anyone out with bathing or shower and it clearly says that is one of Addus's services. Why don't you have qualified people to do what they are supposed to do? What are we paying for? Also they never send over anyone at a certain time and sometimes nobody shows up

I worked there many years ago and the pay per hour and mileage reimbursement were absolutely horrible. I hope things have changed and they take better care of their employees. I was a caregiver for my aunt and she was on kidney dialysis. This was long enough ago that there was a lot of paperwork. I hope everything is mobile and easier now. The paperwork then was endless. I was thankful for an agency where I could make money and be able to still take care of my aunt. Back then, I made $4.35 an hour and this was the year 1999. I sincerely hope things have changed drastically and the employees are paid a good wage and the clients are taken care of. The pay was horrible back...read full review
