My Grandmother had Physical Therapy at home with LHC after a hospitalization. The therapist not only helped her build her strength back up, she was able to figure out why she had been having balance issues for so long and was able to make a huge difference. Even her neurologist was impressed how much she improved. They were GREAT!!!
