The absolute worst place I’ve ever lived. House is constructed with the cheapest materials. They never respond.
They stole our $4800 deposit and said it was for “paint”. We lived there for 2 years and the previous tenants told us they lived there for 2. In Illinois, wall paint is to be redone by establishment after 3. They charged us just to charge us. 4800 for paint. Took our whole deposit and half our rent. Took 3 months to get back. The office lady showed up to our new residence which was completely unprofessional and illegal. I would not recommend at all. Mold everywhere as well
