Deana Gauze is an absolute real estate expert and professional, in addition to being a wonderful person. This is the second time we have used her services in 14 years. She knows everything and everybody. She knows contractors that helped us through inspection issues. She knows moving people that helped us out at the very, very last minute when our original movers fell through—on a weekend. She knows lawyers that guided us through the closing.
