I have always loved The Nate Evans group and when it came time to purchase our home a few months ago, I knew exactly who to reach out to! Through divine intervention or just simply good luck, we were assigned Matt Walters as our realtor and I could not be more pleased.

Matt was a trooper from day one. Wasn't pushy, dealt with my crazy work schedule (to include a shift to overnights in the middle of the process), answered my OCD panic filled texts WAY afterhours, SUPER knowledgeable, negotiated like a champ and not only kept us on budget, but ended up closing well under budget. Josh Hinkle of the Nate Evans Group was amazing to work with each and every step of the purchasing process. His background is apparently in building and construction so he 100% KNOWS HOUSES - what to look for, how to address, etc. He was friendly and helpful without being pushy and was very generous with his time and attention as I toured various properties or asked questions. During the bidding step, Josh was level-headed, calm, and knowledgeable. He negotiated a great deal.
