CHRIS WOULD WALK AROUND CONSTANTLY SAYING HE WAS THE BOSS AND IN CHARGE OF ALL THE PLUMBERS, I ALSO HEARD CHRIS SPEAK TO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE (STEVE) EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFULLY ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, ( VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN YOU ARE THE FACE OF A COMPANY,….. VERY DISAPPOINTING FOR SUCH A GREAT COMPANY MATRIX). AFTER 8 DAYS CHRIS PULLED IN ANOTHER PLUMBER NAMED EDDIE TO DO THE JOB FOR HIM…… I HAD ENOUGH AND CALLED DARRYL/OPERATIONS (very honorable and professional) GREAT EXPERIENCE, HE CAME TO MY HOME AND PERSONALLY TALKED WITH EDDIE (Chris’s NEW & BEST replacement) AND I, ABOUT ALL OF MY CONCERNS. EDDIE (NEW PLUMBER REPLACEMENT) COMPLETELY TURNED IT ALL AROUND AND MADE IT RIGHT. EDDIE CLEANED UP A BIG MESS FOR CHRIS, HE HAD TO ADD/REDO/MOVE MOST OF MY PIPES AND BREAK THOUGH BRAND NEW DRYWALL (not to mention all the work Chris should have done in 8days that Eddie did in 2days). EDDIE’S WORK IS SEAMLESS AND HE DOES IT EFFORTLESSLY “WHAT A PRO”. WHEN EDDIE FINISHED IT LOOKED LIKE ART IN A MUSEUM. EDDIE IS FAST, EFFICIENT AND SO PROFESSIONAL “WHAT A WOLD OF DIFFERENCE”. OVERALL EDDIE IS NOT ONLY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH, HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL,KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY, HE DOES NOT WASTE TIME !! IT WAS A PLEASURE TO HAVE HIM TAKE OVER…….
