“Luis was the guy who came in for estimate we had very tiny leak in our roof and I thought it would cost me now we are new business in town but Luis went up on roof did all his inspection of the roof came down with all the photos which is so professional and showed me it was just little thing which he fix by caulking it didn’t even charge us as it was just a little job to be done. Great guy and he will take this company to next level with this kind of service and honesty.“

“I needed a new lock for my 1994 Anderson Patio door. I went online and could not find it, so I found this place online as a local dealer. They said they could order it and it would coast $1,000. When I said that was a lot, they told me a new patio doors coast $12,000.! I payed them and 2 weeks later the parts arrived, when I went there they said that they got a better price and refunded me $355. Very honest people. That said, they wanted $700 to do the work. Wow, I am a machinist and it took me 35 minutes to do the work.“

Chris and I went over all hardware ( I showed him everything, he knew the hardware that was to be used accordingly, Chris looked at it for 8 days). He wasted so much time, VERY UNORGANIZED NEVER TOOK 1 NOTE ABOUT MY DESIGN STYLE SO MISTAKES COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED. I THINK CHRIS STRUGGLED WITH KNOWLEDGE ON HOW TO PROPERLY LAYOUT THE JOB (WHOLE HOUSE RENOVATION) AND IF HE DIDNT, THEN I WOULD SAY.. HE JUST DIDNT CARE ENOUGH. CHRIS WOULD WALK AROUND CONSTANTLY SAYING HE WAS THE BOSS AND IN CHARGE OF ALL THE PLUMBERS, I ALSO HEARD CHRIS SPEAK TO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE (STEVE) EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFULLY ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, ( VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN YOU ARE THE FACE OF A COMPANY,….. VERY DISAPPOINTING FOR SUCH A GREAT COMPANY MATRIX). AFTER 8 DAYS CHRIS PULLED IN ANOTHER PLUMBER NAMED EDDIE TO DO THE JOB FOR HIM…… I HAD ENOUGH AND CALLED DARRYL/OPERATIONS (very honorable and professional) GREAT EXPERIENCE, HE CAME TO MY HOME AND PERSONALLY TALKED WITH EDDIE (Chris’s NEW & BEST replacement) AND I, ABOUT ALL OF MY CONCERNS. EDDIE (NEW PLUMBER REPLACEMENT) COMPLETELY TURNED IT ALL AROUND AND MADE IT RIGHT. EDDIE CLEANED UP A BIG MESS FOR CHRIS, HE HAD TO ADD/REDO/MOVE MOST OF MY PIPES AND BREAK THOUGH BRAND NEW DRYWALL (not to mention all the work Chris should have done in 8days that Eddie did in 2days). EDDIE’S WORK IS SEAMLESS AND HE DOES IT EFFORTLESSLY “WHAT A PRO”. WHEN EDDIE FINISHED IT LOOKED LIKE ART IN A MUSEUM. EDDIE IS FAST, EFFICIENT AND SO PROFESSIONAL “WHAT A WOLD OF DIFFERENCE”. OVERALL EDDIE IS NOT ONLY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH, HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL,KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY, HE DOES NOT WASTE TIME !! IT WAS A PLEASURE TO HAVE HIM TAKE OVER…….
