It looks like I'm not the one to complain about the crappy practices this group goes about collecting payment. I received a hand full of text messages, didnt have an account number. Never received anything in the mail until I was sent a letter from a collection agency. I called the office and get no apologies or explanation and was told I had to make my payment to the collection agency. Very shady shit, send out a billing statement so the patient has the information in front of them before to you the balance to collections!!!!

This company sent us to a collection agency for a bill that we never received. They sent a text message as a bill for us to pay and never sent anything via mail or email.
Completely unacceptable way to do business in this day and age of scams. Text messages are not an acceptable way of communication for a medical bill

The insurance said they paid them. But they still wanted to be paid by me . Several calls to them and no return calls . No change they still wanted money from me. I sent then letters and no response to the letters . They want the insurance money plus your money . What a scam they are pulling ! They just want to be a money making machine , and their way is to double charge .
