Everyone that works in this Dental office is so kind and helpful. Dr. Patel is great! He’s so understanding and helpful in explaining all procedures to me. The woman at the front are also very nice and helpful!

This is a great dentist office. Dr Patel is the best dentist I've ever seen and I'm 65! Wally his assistant is great. The girls up front are so knowledgeable it's refreshing. The hygienists are also top notch. I can't believe how well they do with such ease.

Words can not express how greatful I'm for the folks at this dentist office! Extremely professional and very kind. Very clean office and bathrooms as well.
Dr.Patel explained everything perfectly to me and the long term effects of my issues. Which honestly are terrifying. I have never had a dentist spend as much time as he did explaining things both verbally and showing me what he is talking about with my x-rays and digital imaging. The receptionist ( I'm sorry I can't remember her name) was so kind and cared more about getting me in for work and didn't want me to wait due to the deteriorating condition and helped me out. The hygienist deep cleaning my teeth was very thoughtful and concerned about my pain levels. She explained everything she was doing each step as well. The dental assistant doing my x-rays was very nice as well.
I felt very ashamed I neglected my teeth for so long but everyone I interacted with DID NOT make me feel this way. They gave me hope that things can be better and explained that part of that is me also working to maintain them.
If you are reading this review, don't be like me and neglect your teeth. The amount of other health issues that can come from neglect is very serious. I know some people feel like dentists are just a cash grab but that is far from the truth. It is far beyond just having an attractive smile.
If you are looking for a dentist please go here! If you are unhappy with your dentist, switch to these folks! They truly and deeply care about their patients.

Hell I would give them 20 stars if I could they were super quick, polite, and in 10 minutes helped me with a broken tooth that’s taken aspin 6 year to finally try to fix just to mess it up more over all extremely satisfied and thankful for all the staff here.

I had a chipped tooth that was Jagged and was proceeding to cut my tongue open, and produced sores on my tongue making it near impossible to eat or drink. I called them the morning of 12/17/2024 and left them a voicemail. They just got back to me @ 8:45am on the date of 12/18/2024 being almost 24 hours later. that would have been almost 36-40 hours after my tooth had been chipped. I was informed at that time that they did have an Emergency Line that could be reached but I did point out that the emergency would be at the Dentist's discretion to which the young lady who called me did not deny nor did she confirm she promptly hung up on me. I will not go to this Dentist as the staff appear to be rude, very unprofessional as they are not able to take criticism about the fact that they may have made a mistake.
Update: I spoke the office manger to apologized on behalf of the employee's and was very considerate to my feeling and my concerns as a potential client. I will consider trying them if I have an issue but it will take some time.
